Alright, let’s gather our thoughts and focus. We’ve got a full itinerary ahead... and I want to make sure we’re all on the same page. First, let’s talk about the Sunday series. We have six services over three Sundays. On Sunday, July 5th, we’ll meet at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM in Paradise. Then, again on July 12th, same times, same place. And on July 19th, it’s Youth Take Over Sunday. We need to decide... will it be a full preach, or a shorter slot with the youth leading? Next up, the Australia intensive. That’s happening this weekend. Four sessions are already timed, just as we discussed. On Friday, July 3rd, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, we have “S2 Casting Vision That Sticks.” Then on Saturday, we’ll dive into three sessions: At 9:30 AM, “S3 Developing High Capacity Teams.” At 10:30 AM, “S4 The Power of the Debrief.” And at 12:00 PM, “S7 Conflict, Confrontation, and Resolution.” Now, let’s shift gears to the church-planter couples intensive. This involves our friends from Bogotá, India, and Malaysia. We need a handout ready for Sunday, July 5th. They should read as much as they can before Day 1, which is on July 12th, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. That’s dinner and a session. Day 2, we’ll kick off at 9:00 AM on Monday, July 13th, with an evening session at 7:00 PM. I’ll prepare discussion questions and a Bible-study format. Just a heads-up... if the couples don’t land in Adelaide until closer to the 12th, we may need to adjust that July 5th handout. Keep me posted on their arrival. Now, let’s move to studio filming. We’ve got 24 videos lined up over 8 days, aiming for 3 each day. In Week 1, we’re set for Monday, July 6th, through Wednesday, July 8th, and then Friday, July 10th. That gives us 12 videos. Week 2 follows with filming on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday – another 12. I recommend we focus on one book per week. For Week 1, let’s tackle “Multiply or Die Year One.” In Week 2, we can dive into “Grace.” But here’s the time crunch: If we’re filming “Multiply or Die” in Week 1, we need to lock that 20-chapter map this week. Monday, July 6th, is just days away. Do you want me to draft that Year One map now? Also, we need to address the start times. In the document, Week 1 starts at 10:00 AM, but Week 2 lists 9:00 AM. Should we keep it consistent at 9:00 AM for both weeks once camp is clear? Now, let’s discuss the Campus Pastors retreat. It’s not in the itinerary yet. We only have our recurring Tuesday meetings on July 7th, 14th, and 21st from about 10:00 to 11:30 AM. That’s too short for the retreat you envisioned. There are open slots on Thursday, July 9th, or Saturday, July 11th... which works for you? And there’s more. The document points to an Indonesia itinerary after your July 22nd departure from Adelaide to Jakarta, but I don’t have that file. Please upload it so I can extend the plan through Indonesia. One small fix: the flight header says “Thursday, July 3rd.” Just a note, the 3rd is actually a Friday. Your body dates are correct, though. Lastly, regarding your count of around 36… the itinerary includes some teaching that wasn’t listed: Combined Dream Team S1 & S2, and the Kingdom Builders Breakfast on Saturday, July 18th. We need to fold those in as well. So, let’s get started. I suggest we lock in that “Multiply or Die Year One” lesson map first, given the Week 1 clock is ticking.
